Payment is by monthly Direct Debit or Stripe (Card Payments), taken on the 1st of each month. You can cancel at any time.

Yes. You pay a refundable £50 deposit for the lock when your agreement starts. Each key fob costs £20. Locks are only needed for outdoor units.

One month. There are no long-term contracts.

One month's notice in writing or by email. Once you've vacated the unit and returned the lock and key fobs, we will refund your deposit.

Our units are priced from £81 to £150 per month, including VAT. The price depends on the size you choose. You can check current prices and unit dimensions on our Prices and Size Guide pages.

Our units range from around 60 to 155 sq ft. A smaller unit suits the contents of a one- or two-bedroom flat. A larger unit is better for a house move, business stock or archive storage. If you are unsure, use our Size Guide or ask us for help.

Yes, subject to availability. If your needs change, speak to us and we will help you move to a more suitable unit.
