We make sure to provide clients with convenient and secure self storage solutions. As part of this ongoing service, we have made available a number of answers to frequently asked questions on everything related to our Self Storage Service and Site.

 

If you still have questions about what we can provide or any of our services we will be more than happy to answer any inquiries you may have.

What are my payment options?

Payment is via Direct Debit at the begininng of each month and can be cancelled at any time.

Do you require a deposit?

A refundable deposit of £75 is required at the beginning of the storage agreement to cover the cost of the lock and a personalised key fob, an extra £20 is payable for any subsequent keyfobs.

What is the minimum length of time I can store with you for?

One month is our shortest contract term

How much notice is required when I want to cancel?

Please just let us know in writing or via email just 1 month before you'd like to leave and once you return the lock and keyfobs your deposit will be returned.

Can I store my vehicle in your facility?

Our largest containers are 8 ft wide and slightly raised off the ground making them more difficult to place vehicles inside them, however smaller vehicles may fit if ramps are used.

What about insurance?

We insure the outside of the box for damage however if you require insurance for the contents we recommend  Insurastore. Please follow their link below.
