Here are answers to the most common questions about storing with CamStorage.
Payments & Contracts
What are my payment options?
Payment is by monthly Direct Debit, taken on the 1st of each month. You can cancel at any time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We charge a refundable £70 deposit at the start of your agreement. This covers your lock and personalised key fob. Additional key fobs cost £20 each.
What is the minimum storage period?
One month. There are no long-term contracts.
How much notice do I need to give when leaving?
One month’s notice in writing or by email. Once you’ve vacated the unit and returned the lock and key fobs, we will refund your deposit.
Access & Storage
Can I store my vehicle?
Our units are 8ft wide and raised off the ground. Smaller vehicles may fit using suitable ramps, but we recommend contacting us first to confirm suitability.
Insurance & Security
Is my stored property insured?
We insure the structure of the unit against damage. We strongly recommend that you insure the contents separately. We work with Insurastore – a specialist self-storage insurer. You can get a quote directly through their website.
